Will is the Director at Pattison Shepley Ruvolo. He has focused on international recruitment for over 18 years in the areas of Immigration, Global Mobility and International Reward. With the advancements in technology and ever globalising world economy the demand for the best talent is less and less restricted by borders. Will’s aim is to work with firms as their strategic talent partner with a view to providing the best in class candidate rather than the best available.

Having worked across these 3 disciplines has helped him to develop a network of over 8000 contacts globally and he can advise on identifying the top talent in specific locations as well as giving an international perspective. Will personally works solely on retained mandates for permanent senior reward assignments focused on locations outside of the UK across Asia, wider Europe and the US. Moreover, he also has strong track record in delivering on senior mobility and immigration searches all over the world. This includes a number of international projects where he has recruited team moves to help firms expand their international prominence.
