Ms. Motley is an active member of ASIS, DHS CISA, FBI InfraGard, NDIA, and Women in Defense (WID). Subject matter expertise includes communicating and marketing digital technologies, social media intelligence, cyber investigations and the ethical application of facial recognition technologies and biometrics. Ms. Motley has passed the FBI’s InfraGard Records Check and has pending Board Certifications to include accreditations as a Certified Cyber Intelligence Professional (CCIP), Certified Counterintelligence Threat Analyst (CCTA), and Certified Social Media Intelligence Analyst (SMIA) recognized by the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Career& Studies (NICCS) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Her passions include supporting efforts to counter online extremism, acting as an advocate against #Codedbias, or the integration of racial/gender bias into intelligence technologies and similar AI, and assisting veterans transition post-deployment.
