Episode 3: with Jo De Serrano from RedR UK

Today we are joined by Jo de Serrano. 

Jo specializes in capacity building, change, and program management within the humanitarian sector.  Jo is a well-respected senior manager, and she is well-versed in identifying and mitigating risk.  Jo is regularly sought after for her crisis management experience, for her background in disaster assessment and coordination, and her human resource skills.  Jo has worked as a freelance consultant, as well as the Senior Humanitarian Deployments Manager within the UK Government’s DFID Chase Operations team.  In 2016, Jo was awarded an OBE for her work with global humanitarian response and in 2017 she was awarded an honourary doctorate from the University of Portsmouth for her work with emergency response and international relations. She is now the Chief Executive Officer at RedR UK.
