Ben is a senior fellow at the Center for European Analysis and founder and president of Omelas, a firm that deploys AI to collect and contextualize open source intelligence. Unique insights from Omelas’s data and analysis of Russian social media has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, and The Economist, among others. Ben’s work with the Center for European Analysis analyzing Chinese misinformation campaigns on COVID has been cited in Nature and the New England Journal of Medicine. His writings have appeared in The Moscow Times and RealClearPolitics among others and have been reprinted in seven languages.
Before founding Omelas, Ben worked at Google on ad sales. He began his career tracking jihadi and white nationalist content online.
