Elizabeth Bullock

Elizabeth Bullock is one of few Westerners to have spent three continuous years in frontline areas of Russia’s Modern War. Her time in Ukraine evolved into more than 1,000 days spent primarily in the eastern Donbas and the southern (Kherson) front. She founded and led an independent, quick-response unit, executing strategic operations to help civilians most affected by the crises of the war.

Now, having returned to the UK, Elizabeth speaks and provides briefings on the realities of modern warfare, Russian military doctrine and Russia’s hybrid warfare tactics — and how these are increasingly posing threats to Europe and NATO. Having spent a decade in technology start-ups prior to her time in Ukraine, she is particularly aware of the tactics and tangible effects of Russian disinformation. She advises senior military leaders, defence policymakers, technology and cyber executives, NATO aligned groups and corporations — those seeking to understand how Europe’s security landscape is shifting.
